Project Description
The 50th Annual American Music Awards were held on November 20, 2022, at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles. Nico Giles was hired as a segment producer to develop the Icon Award package to honor singer, songwriter and producer Lionel Richie. The project included interviews with Smokey Robinson, Shania Twain, Katy Perry and Ne-Yo, and Himself detailing his upbringing, start with the commodores, and legacy of prolific love ballads.
